May 6, 2008 275ml bottle from Shropshire. Vintage 1989. No carbonation. Healthy dose of cardboard and heavy wet malt like a wet door mat. Colour is a dull orange brown - rather unattractive. Flat mouthfeel. Unpleasant bitterness which builds to a cardboard crescendo. This is not good at all. It hasn’t stood up well. Not nice.

Aug 12, 2003 No head. Blackcurrant and apple flavor. Just a hint of maltiness. Not much hoppiness. There's not very much to say about this beer. Drinkable but uninteresting, probably.
