Apr 5, 2009 Best of the range that i tasted but i was expecting a lot better....advertised as a whole hop brewery but perhaps they should switch to pellets! Not a hell of a lot of flavour or aroma but it gets better as it warms i guess...little bit nutty, dry finish....pah

Limpid amber color, rather elegant and fraught. Compact and adherent head of discreet resistance. Determined and delicate aroma, pleasant rumors of burned wood, slightly braced malt, resin and honey on the end.

Dec 8, 2008 Handpulled cask at the Camp, St. Albans. Amber with an off-white headd Toffee and grainy malt characters, followed by some citric tang bitterness in the finish, very well balanced and refreshing.

Sep 18, 2008 Cask at the nags head. Aroma is excellent fresh leafy hop, citrus and earthy green flavour. Taste has a good balancing pale malt sweetness, quite clean and refreshing.
