Arômes de doux caramel, de thé anglais et d’agrumes citron-pamplemousse. Malgré son utilisation d’un houblon type cascade, elle semble influencé par les certaines IPA britanniques pour sa balance malt-houblon et pour la douceur qu’elle offre. En bouche, le caramel est bien contrebalancé par les houblons mi-aromatisant, mi-amer. Le corps est un peu plus mince que ce que je recherche dans un IPA si savoureuse et le niveau de carbonisation trop faible à mon goût. Light copper color, little head, hoppy aroma, hint of lime. Full flavour with a nice fizzy mouth feel. Slight imbalance in bitterness... but that’s just the way I like it. Bitter and dry finish.
