Deep hazy orange, creamy off white head. Nose held soft tones of caramel, coconut, pineapple, orange, and toast with a light grapefruit backing. Flavor was only lightly bittered up front with citrus tones, and decent toffee like maltiness coming around late. Light side of medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Just ok....

Now this tastes more like an IPA than the Ruby Ale. Fresh hoppy aroma. Nice long lasting head with good lacing. Golden yellow in color. Somewhat full mouthfeel with a lilttle zing on the back of the tongue. Nice bitterness on the finish with a clean aftertaste. Cheers!

Pours amber with a thin tan head. Aroma is a mild biscuit, caramel, grainy malt, noble hops, and tea. Flavor is slight roast, caramel, a slight grainy malt and noble hops.

bomber...Orangish hazy pour with no head. A lot of citrus in the nose, piney hop presence also. Some malt hints as well. Big pine hop presence, thin mouthfeel. This tastes a lot like a pale ale. I get some malt sweetness, however the hop presence dominates. I would classify this beer as a pale ale, and not an english strong.

Strong citrus-grapefruit/orange pine hop aroma with underlying caramel maltiness. Hazy tan copper coloured body is topped by shy cover of white head. Spicy, woody tones to the malty flavour with plenty of citrus hops, bread-like yeast dough and notes of vanilla. Medium body with fair carbonation that is engaging on the tongue. Bottle.

Poured (with no pfft whatsoever) a copper color with big off white bubbles, and just a little bit of head, and very light lacing. Aroma of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and citrus hops. Mouthfeel was not totally flat, as it had light carbonation. Pine, vanilla and oak tastes. Then some bready toasty and roastiness followed by a nice hop bitterness. Different but nice.
