A rather hoppy amber ale that was not as clean as I could have hoped.
I like:
Generous toasty aspirations. Interesting dried fruits sweetness. Drying out rapidly.
I dislike:
Rather soapy hop character undermines the earthy, sweet and caramelized malt qualities. Quite a fruity ale, but not very clean with an oldish yeast feel that feels metallic and.. mushroomy?.
