Bottle (22oz). Shared with blankboy, garthicus, jerc and mabel - bottle via trade with glouglouburp. Murky deep orange with a smallish creamy-foamy head. Rich herbal/resin aroma, plenty of caramel malt. Plenty of alcohol in it, and back-end bitter, but mostly thick and malty. Bitter, near-burnt aftertaste. Good, a little sweet, not quite oomphy enough.

Tasted on tap. Fruity / floral hop aroma dominates. Huge hops on the flavor too, but enough malt character to balance it out. Piney hop finish.

Sampled with Stegosaurus who got a bottle from Beerded_one. Hazy pour with a citrus pine aroma and similar in taste with a bitter finish. It was good.

Bottle shared by paul at stateline. Thanks paul! WOW! What a low style rating for solid DIPA. (22.) Its definetly better then that.... Any way, typical dark amber color, classic hoppy aroma. Taste was a well balanced DIPA, still had enough bitterness to please a hophead though. Medium texture, low carbonation and easy to drink. Over all a solid DIPA that I would buy if it was available in the area. Thanks paul for sharing!

Bottle from 46er3498. Thanks! This one has interested me for a while for some reason. Amber colored brew with a nice lasting head. Aroma is pretty straightforward with caramel malts and grapefruit and pine. The flavor is pretty similar with nice citrus and piney notes that are balanced with light caramel malts sweetness. Mild bitterness, lingering hops, pretty easy to drink.

(Rating #1631)

22oz bottle acquired in trade with 46er3498 (thanks!). Poured a medium and slighlty hazy amber color with an averaged to larger sized off white head. Aromas of pine, toasted caramel, floral hops and a little earthy. Tastes of caramel, citrus, and lighter pine. It’s not bad, but I just felt I wanted more from an IIPA.
