Bottle pourd reddish brown. Theis is weak for a stout, really! I got nothing as far as typical smells and taste, except watered down. Why bother.

Copper/ruby colored, with aroma of malt, toffee, some chocoff and almonds. More like a nut brown than a stout. Finishes smooth. This one is at the high end of the low end beers.

Draft at McSorleys in NYC. Definately not a stout. Little week on the color side for a black and tan. Nothing wrong with it. SLight malt tast. Nice and chuggable.

Pours a nice auburn color witth a good head. Smells of roasted malt & hops. Tastes as it smells. No surprises. Perfect carbonation. A very smooth drink. Delicious. On the back of the bottle they state - "...blends the rich heritage of olde New York with it’s legendary Irish spirit..." Then I look at the bottom of the label and I read - McSoreley’s Brewery, Baltimore, MD I don’t get it.

Another bottled B&T. Its only my personal opinion but if you are going to go with a bottled B&T, Yuengling is the way to go. This is not as good. Respek

Bottle. Dark brown/red color with a good size tan head. Very mild aroma of roasted malt. Flavor also was modest. A bit of roasted malt, with little else I could detect. No real unpleasant flavors, but not a lot of flavor period. A bit thin.

Bottle - aroma was actually fairly malty and sweet smelling. It looked almost like a dark amber or maybe a maibock. Quite drinkable, but difficult to rate because it is just an odd mixture rather than an actual style. Not too much flavor, but a fairly nice malty, sweet finish. Confusing.

Draught, at McSorleys, New York. </br> Mahogany coloured body with a large fluffy beige head. Rather empty stuff though. The place was a riot the evening I was there. Full of kids playing drinking games and throwing beer at one another.
