Commercial Description:
Available in 330ml bottles and on Keg.
In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

Golden with a nice white head. Very grassy aroma, herbal, and light citrus, with some noticeable malts. Flavor is fruity and toasted malts. Light grass, and citrus. Finish has a nice bitterness to it. Smooth bodied. Scarily easy to drink. Could get into trouble with this one.

A very sweet silky smooth sparking pale ale. Reminiscent of Coopers’ Sparkling Ale and Budvar. A creamy edge too. Exceptional clean blonde. Could do with a few more hops definitely. However a fantastic session beer. One to savouir for the summer though. If you enjoy your pilsners and your wiessbier you would enjoy this. Very floral and fruity, very sessionable and a great beer to introduce to lager heads.

Good hoppy hits on the nose throwing aromas of green apple and tingly nettle into the air. Incredibly drinkable with loads of black pepper spice from the hops and a long bitterness. The malts are relaxed with hints of marzipan and saccharine sponge cake.

Bottle (@ Chez Bruce, Wandsworth): Deep golden, nearly no head, lazy carbonation; solid hoppy nose with distinctive malty and fruity traces underneath; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; juicy-malty finish, but big hoppy aftertaste. Nice, nice.........

Bottle. Golden orange with medium white head. Floral hops, citrus, nice bitterness, very drinkable. Not amazing but very tasty, make a decent session beer I suppose.
