Aug 14, 2009 Amber color almos orange, start with a nice white head but gone fast. aroma is fruity and malty, flavor with toffee, malt and some alcohol. Mouthfeel is kinda dry and short. To expensive for what shown up!
very small white head. virtually none lacing. fully diminishing head. flat thick amber body. Aroma: apple and brown sugar. if: moderate sweetness and light acidic and bitter. FF: light sweetness and bitterness; long duration. Palate: medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation and metallic finish. It’s not a bad beer. No flaws but it is far from a traditional well balanced Belgian Ale. Its best quality is the palate. Fruity taste. 15s
