Clear blond body. White, creamy head. Aroma of German hops and yeast, bit soapy. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Quite nice and hoppy, bit astringent.

Oct 25, 2009 A Mes rate. Growler at LCRBM #5.
Clean pale gold with a short lived white head. Slightly buttery but some lovely slightly sweet pale malt underneath along with a decent lick of hops. Clean and tasty. Nice bright hoppy finish with a developing sweetness in the aftertaste. An enjoyable start to a glorious day.

Oct 12, 2009 Growler at LCRBM5. Clear gold, thin white head. Some burnt butter on aroma. Not a great lager to be honest. A little empty in the mouth, a bit burnt, some decent hop sting on finish though. Burnt diacetyl on aroma. Not great.

Sep 30, 2009 Growler sample from LCRBM... cheers, fonefan. Pale gold color with a nutty, straw-like nose, note of lemon peel. Fairly bitter taste with a sticky resinous bit hanging on to the tongue. Lacks some cereal flavor. Very light and quite bitter, even refreshing, but out of balance.

Sep 15, 2009 [9/5/08] Growler sample during LCRBM at Kulminator in Antwerp. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of cooked creamed corn and grains. Sweetish grainy flavor with some slightly grassy bitterness and vegetables in the finish. Light-bodied.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090905]
