Smells much better than it looks. Very nice ripened apricot aroma. A little bit of malt peeks through. Smells sweet.
Very pleasant, fresh, ripe apricot taste. Slight butterey taste. Just a touch of apricot skin-like sourness. No hint of alcohol. Drier than expected from the scent.
Nice medium body. Not too heavy, yet not watery thin. It’s alright.
Could drink many of these, but I think that I’d rather have a Lindemans Peche.

It’s very carbonated but produces no head, although it has a decent film. It smells like apples and has an overly fruity scent to it. Though, you can’t really detect the apricot. It basically tasted like apple cider. It has a thin consistency with very little body. But, it has a brilliant taste - I could easily chug this with how good it tastes. As noted before, the texture is quite thin. There’s nothing else to note aside from the fact is has a nice fizz as you drink it. Dfonorow (31), New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 2, 2009 absolutely no head and very closely resembles iced tea. It is extremely carbonated at first but fades over time. The smell is pretty much exactly what I expected: apple cider, apricots, peaches. The taste is a little worse than what I expected but also not bad and resembles greatly a decent alcoholic cider with a little more kick and tartness. NomDeBeer (400), Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 30, 2009 Taste and aroma are apple juice and apricots (shocking). A bit tart but not significantly so, with low acidity. Kind of a wimpy, chugable lambic. Not bad though. Rciesla (3700), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
