(Bottled) Very clear, golden-colored and cider-like with a smallish, partly lasting head. Slightly tart, sweetish aroma of peach, apricot and apple. Very fruity with initial tartness, but quickly turning sweet and quite sugary. Not much apricot in the moderately acidic flavor, but more like a normal, sweetened gueuze. Medium-bodied, somewhat sugary, yet quite refreshing palate. Sugary, but not bad for a dessert brew.

Nice sour nose with a hint of apricot. Body was good but disappointing given the nose. Crisp and carbonated this tasted like an apricot cider.

Brilliant clear lagery gold with apricot juice and a hint of musty barrel in the snout. Creamy white suds. Succulent, natural-tasting fruitiness. Authentic, puckering sweet-sour lambic character with a parting note of dryness. Tasty and well-made stuff.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, pale amber colour with a bubbly, dissipating, off-white head. Tart aroma of distinct Brett. Light body, sweet’n’sour notes, lightly vinegarish - or ciderish - with a marked touch of the fruit. A pleasant, fresh tartness. 280207

A Mes rate: Bottle from somewhere in Wales and supped at our hotel near Porthmadog. Surprisingly good, especially in the palate. Obviously sweet but just about tolerable. Clearly well made. Have to take my hat off to the spontaneous fermentation. Heavy fruit juice character, must be the 30% added fruit juice. Lovely spritzy labic like character. Samuel Smith’s beer. Who wouldathunkit?

bottle. clear yellow with a thin off egg white head. Aroma has sweet fruits (apricot) & sugar mainly. High acidicity. Apricot taste. Little vinous white vine feel. Other than that rather one dimensional - fresh apricot!

i dont really like apricote but i can see this isn’t bad... golden colour, some quickly dissolving head, sour nose with apricot backing, sorta musty (maybe an old bottle) again not too sweet.
