Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet apricot aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet fruity flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Sweet refreshing brew

This was a hard beer to rate. It shared some characters of a lambic (the dry finish, albeit a slight one), some acidity in the nose and palate. But overall it was incredibly sweet and syrupy. It had some dried apricots in the nose and the palate and not much else. It was very one-dimensional and unfortunately that one dimension isn’t very good. It really reminded me of a syrupy fruity white wine. While I thouroughly enjoyed the Strawberry version of their beer, I will stay far away from any other purchases of the apricot version.

Sweet and tangy with a dry finsh. No hops or malt detected. Almost like a cider. Sparkling carbonation and an attractive, clear color. Excellent overall. Too bad so many rating this don’t like fruit beers. It really is excellent for WHAT IT IS - a fruit beer. This really should be rated higher.

I wish I had not drank this beer! I had to since it was on a beer tour, but fruit beers are pretty much never good. Sour with an artificial sweet fruit flavor. Nice golden color.
