clear yellow color with strong fruit aroma with a subtle spice. sweet flavor and the apricot really shines. almost to sweet and there are not other balancing flavors. medium body and nice finish, could use more complexity to even out the apricot, but overall, pretty good.

Bottle: clear gold color with a big white head. Aroma, apricots, some sweetness. Flavor, apricot, very fruity, kinda sticky sweet. Didn’t get much sour from this, but I’m pretty sure I was past my ideal rating range at this point in the night.

Distict aroma of apricot which suits my expectations completely - alsmost like apricot-marmalade. A little grainy aroma hidden by the apricot, too. Quite sour taste, but with obvious apricot-taste and a little lemon. The taste has a carefully acrid finish, but it doesn’t lower the beer’s points - the sourness does, on the other hand. The aftertaste is quite sour, and a little acrid, but not very hoppy. Great body, when looking at the ABV. A pretty good lambic which is very interesting, but it could be balabced better - for example with some sweetness to compete with the sourness.

12oz bottle. Initial smell of wild yeasts/sour. Pours golden with litttle white foam. Lots and lots of apricot, hints of apple cider, with appreciable sourness. Pleasant carbonation with smooth mouth feel, ends with lingering apricot.

Nice deep golden yellow with shades of orange. White rocky head. Apricot, spice and a high carbonation.

Pours a deep golden yellow, fizzy champagne type head. Champagne aroma as well, with the carbonation of the same. Very fruity, almost too sweet, but has a sour flavor strand that makes an appearance in the beginning but fades as the "beer" finishes. Not a fan of the style, in general, but specifically this was not a good lambic.

Gold with adecent white head. Sour fruity aroma. Some cidery flavors, with notes of apple, peach and apricot. Smells nice, but lacks something in the flavor.

lightly sour peachy, apricot aroma. dark gold color with a medium sized white head. candy sweet apricot. barely sour. sticky. low carbonation makes it taste like juice. not a very good lambic.
