Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours pale orange\golden with a thin white head. Aroma of fruit(apricots), sugary sweetness, and a little tart sour also. The flavor is apricots, sugary sweet up-front, with a solid punch of sourness in the finish. Good body, decent brew.

Bottle. Poured a golden/amber color, with a bit of bubbly white head. Aroma was definitely apricot, but not over-powering, with a little tartness as well. Flavor again was very much apricot, but not sickenly sweet or over-powering. Some tartness that attempts to balance the sweet. Somewhat refreshing.

Clear white color with a white head. Aroma of sweet fruit and possibly some Candi sugar. Sweet apricot flavor, with a generous helping of carbonation.

Dark yellow, viscous. Thick, intense taste of apricots and some malt. Powerful!

Hazy gold with a small head. Definitely an apricot tang to the aroma. Taste is well balanced with fruitiness, sweetness, tartness and even a little dryness. I enjoyed it.

Bottle. Pale sunrise colour. Very nice beer. Refreshing, with a great balance. Sweet fruitiness, which is also crisp. Felt very welcome when I swigged it.

Bottle. Pours a very clear light gold color with a tight white head that last. Aroma is strong sweetness, very cidery. The fruit starts to come thru more after it sits a few minutes. Very sweet upfront, yet finishes very dry with a strong tartness. The finish actually taste like apricot, but I couldn’t have called it out if I wasn’t told they were in there. I would have thought it was a bit of natural sourness from the spontaneous fermentation. Overall, similar to an apple cider, but with more tartness and a bit more complexity. An enjoyable occassional beer, but pretty pour in terms of bang for the buck.

Has the sour lambic wild aroma w/some apricot. Very bubbly with a nice sourness to it. sparkling wine, almost champagne like.
