Not much to look at, a pale pee yellow, slightly hazy, with some very minimal white head. Lots of bubbles pour through the body. Nose was light fruits, some tannins, and not much else, but yet pleasurable. Tasted like cider, sour and fruity. Couldnt pick out apricot per se, but I guess its there in the mass of light fruits. Sweet then finishes sour. Not bad, but the strawberry one is better.

The head on this one was quick in both formation and duration over a golden, peach-tinted body, seemingly flat and lightly hazed. Apricot was present in aroma but it was not overpowering, with additional lemon, green leaves and a suggestion of baked goods. Flavor was ciderish and puckery, fruity but sourly so. Lively in the mouth, astringent throughout, and a touch of salt late.

I was expecting a more full-bodied flavor like I found in <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Beer/melbourn-brother Bros. Cherry, but I was left wanting. This was a decent fruit lambic, but nothing extra-special.

Blind tasting session, Bottled. Aroma of lime and peach, very onesided. Yellow color, white head, fair lace. Very sweet, very sour start but this diminishes fast, light bitterness, lime, artificial peach, sticky yet sparkling. Lambic? Not in my opinion. More like spontaneous infected lager with syrup.

Pale copper, fine white head. Aromas of overripe apples, dried apricot, the vitamin supplement jar, dusky sherry. Tart apricot candy flavors. Carmel/maple sweetness mixed with a wild sourness that hints of vinegar, but finishes with a candy sweetness. Fairly light bodied, but the acidity gives a nice impression of more substance. Overall: very cool old-fashioned bottle (extra appearance point), surprising and lively flavor, odd aroma. Not much malt character, but still rather tasty, and certainly unusual.

Pours a dark golden colour, with slight foam, has ring all the way down. Smells like a honey-apricot subtle cider. lOw carbonation. very pleasing sweet taste, tastes good, not like a fruit beer, real clean! if this was a decent price and not freakin 6 dollars 4 a 12 ounce bottle i’d drink it all the time!

Amber-orange color, with almost no head, fresh sweet peaches and apricots nose, with a wet wooden oak aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with hint of oakiness, strong peach flavor, wet wood, hint of tartness, strange!! but i’m detecting detergent, can’t explain it, leading to a sweet candied apricot finish.
