Lacked the intense nose I would have expected. Head was minimal. The color of a typical IPA. First sip was puckering, then after that, my palate adapted nicely. But overall, really not much to be excited about. Doesn’t seem "lambic" enough.

Golden color, slight hints of orange or amber. No head. Smells of fresh apricots. Flavor is slightly beery apricot- not the best I have had, but not bad at all.

Golden amber color, light apricot aroma, sweet apricot taste, light body, winy fruity dry finish.

Bottle Pours a light golden amber with a decent white head that slowly dissipates leaving modest lacing. Aroma is of a very light lager or heffeweizen with only a trace evidence of any apricots that may be in there. Much more flavorfull however witha nice fairly sweet apricot/apple taste. Slightly on the sweet side but very drinkable esp as the ABV is quite low. My 3rd Lambic of the night and only the Lindemans are better so far. A little more apricot flavor would have been nice. Met my expectations however. Finish is smooth, soft carbonation and a faint fruity aftertaste. Not Bad

Foamy white head, clear golden/orange body. Sweet and rather artificial and cloying apricot aroma. Flavor is also sweet with a slight sourness in the end. Apricot and citrus. Drinkable and quite refreshing but more a fruit beer than a lambic. Gets too sweet and cloying in the long run.

Pours a gold/copper color with no head. Clear. Aroma is of fresh apricots. Taste is a little sour with no bite. Soft and mostly sweet, this is disappointing compared to the Melbourn Cherry.

Warm golden colour w. minimal head. Sweet, apricot, acidic, medicinal. Nice balance.

A dark yellow beer with a fine though disappering white head. The aroma is dominated by peach and fruit and is sweet and somewhat artificial, not a beer aroma. The flavor is sweet dominated by peach and rather artificial though with woody notes. It has no hints of the wild fermentation.
