Apr 29, 2008 Bottle from BevMo. Medium golden in color with a foamy white head. Looks as though it’s pretty well carbonated. Sweet aroma of light graininess and apricot. Lightly tart flavor. A little bit of an apricot flavor along with some graininess. Fairly sweet. Enjoyable lambic. Certainly not great though. Could be a little more tart and a little less carbonated.

Apr 24, 2008 Sugar cane is again apparent on the nose. A common trait for Melbourn’s Lambic’s. This one is ever soft and gentle, with sutle apricot. Not quite as rich in appearence as I would have expected. Flavour is where the disapointmnet hits. Suprsingly void of apricots, a real shame considering how well they nailed their cherry version. The finish is almost non-exsistent. A small relief is that it is smooth on the palate. A pity.....it statred off so well.

Apr 7, 2008 Pours a pale yellow, looks like a basic macro lager. Aroma however is of apricot and some malts. Flavor is of apricot but not too overpowering. Not too complex. Very heavily carbonated. Decent brew, nothing too amazing.

Apr 1, 2008 Foam Rangers tasting. Looks more like a Bud Light than a lambic, but the nose is sour apricot. Flavor is a bit thicker than I expected, with decent carbonation...and did taste like apricot, but it’s only okay to me.

Mar 29, 2008 Updated: Jul 11, 2008Can’t be a lambic, from England? And it’s clear too, just like pale yellow american lager. No gunk on the bottom of this bottle, must be a filtered lambic or a krystal lambic, heheheh. Big head that fades to a half big head. Smell is tart and sour fruity. OOOOOH, the flavor of this is fantastic! Delicious and pleasing all fru-fru- fruity around. Not quite like those sweet lambics, a little more near the style of gueze. Wow, nice carbonation. This stuff is refreshing an yummy. Totally enjoyable the whole way thru, lovely. Beautifully sour finish that leaves your mouth puckering - zowwie! Very nice melbourn!

Mar 27, 2008 Updated: Mar 30, 2008This was a decent fruit lambic. I like my lambics sour but this was an interesting change of pace. Aroma was almost not there. Could pick up apricot but faint. Pour was normal. A medium gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was like thick carbonated apple juice with a tart aftertaste. Sour finish. Not bad for what it is.
