This beer was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting the flavor and the sensations that were pleasantly tart.

This is very nice and, thankfully, not too apricoty. It is bubbly light amber with a fairly big off-white head that lasts a while, diminsihing to a smaller head and leaving a little lace. The aroma is light apricot, yeasty, slightly sharp, dough and crackers - a definite lambic quality coming through with the apricot. The taste is lightly, but persistently,. apricot with the slightly sour yeasty dough, a hint of lemon-lime soda pop and tart apples, then a lightly tart, yeasty grain & apricot finish. All through, it is nicely sweet, sour, and tart, with great balance between these traits and the lambic and fruit as well. It’s a wonderful, appetizing drink.

Yellow with a big, fizzy white head. Mildly sour apricot nose, a tad funky, definitely tart. Nice, tart apricot flavor, sweet and rich. Sweet flavors linger in the finish, as does a touch of funk. Really nice!

12 oz. bottle poured into tumbler- poured solid golden yellow, transparent, mild carbonation, white head dissovled within 90 seconds. Aroma ripen apricots and a snort of yeast. Hits the mouth with a thin body, carbonation present on the tongue like a spritzer, apricots come through cleanly on the finish, which is tart.

Bottle. Pours a light and clear gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is light apricot, but sort of chemical like. The taste is pretty good; a tart apricot, but it is too similar to some horrible cheap wine coolers I had when I was young. Not bad overall.

Clear golden pour with a finger thick white head. Candy/sweet aroma with a hint of dried apricot. Bubbly palate. A bit of apricot on the taste and some tartness.

It’s a golden fruit lambic with a modest head and a distinct aroma of apricots. It’s sweet with a nice acidity and clear notes of apricots. It was my first English lambic, and even if it’s quite OK, and not nearly as sweet as I was afraid of, then I prefer the Belgium ones. 1700

Bottle, bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours a clear pale golden with a small film head. Aroma is apricot, barnyard and a wine gums feel to it. Rather sweet actually, but the flavour is less so. Nice, round mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly tart with a heavy dose of fruitiness. A slight sweetness is mixed in well. Wonderful fruit beer.
