Bottled. A clear, bright red beer with a pinkish white head. Almond and cherry in both aroma and flavor, as well as some sugary sweetness in the aroma. The cherry feels artificial, and is very dominant in the finish. Medium mouthfeel. (061229)

Bottle. Poured hazy reddish color with an average frothy reddish head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet cherry aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet cherry flavor with a medium sweet and sour finish of moderate duration. Sweet refreshing brew.

Bottle, 355ml. A red colour with an average-sized reddish-white head. Strong aroma of cherry, rock and port. Taste is sweet cherry, more rock and bread/yeast. A little sourness in the finish. Moderate carbonation. I quite enjoyed this.

New style bottle, copious but short-lasting pink head. Full and sweet cherry-marzipan flavour gives way to some dryness at the very end. Lambic flavour could have been stronger but overall a worthy stab at a style rarely attempted in Britain.

35,5 cl bottle. Red clear colour with a huge pink head. Strong aroma of cherries. Also flavour of cherry, with notes of sweet candy. Ends up sweet and nearly like liquid candy.
