Aug 27, 2005 Reddish color and head that is small that disappears quickly. Very cherry sweet taste (not like traditional lambics, which are sour.) This has a sweet dry tartness at best. Less tart then a Lindeman’s. For what it is I think it is excellent!!

Aug 6, 2005 I’ve never tried a "spontaeous fermented" beer before...let alone one with cherry juice added. It had a dark red color and white head. This beer smelled like an unburned cherry wax candle crossed with a cherry fruit roll-up. Very sweet due to the added syrup. I’ll try anything once...once.

Jul 31, 2005 Bottle: Courtesy of bu11zeye via trade. Aroma is loaded with cherry. Pours a hazy deep red with a soapy pink head. Flavor is all cherry. More sweet than tart, but tartness is noticeable in the finish. Even though the flavor is sweet it’s not candy sweet. I really like cherries so this one definitely worked for me.

Jul 30, 2005 Spontaneous fermentation sounds cool. Beer with cherry juice sounds questionable. Hazy cherry colour and pink head. Light cherry colour and sour aroma. Light cherry pop. Some residual sourness.

Jul 17, 2005 Very similar to a belgian kriek. Sweet cherry with a nice sour bite. Tastes like a cherry jolly rancher.

Jun 30, 2005 Pinkish in color both body and head. Head is fizzy. Strong cherry taste but not overpowering. Slight hint of malt but no bitterness and very carbonated.

Jun 19, 2005 she have a great look, a great pink head. She smell like artificial cherry but the taste is better more natural and she is a lilte bit sour. Its a good beer but not the best cherry beer i drinked.
