Commercial Description:
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

Tart and intensely cherry, like juicy juice + beer, or kriek lite. This was a good sweet dessert beer that had just enough tang and big fruit to avoid being cloying.

Sweet, candy cherry aroma. I can smell it several paces from the bottle. Very balanced flavors of cherry and wine with the fruit subduing any overt vinous qualities. Its just enough to know its there. Cherry flavors everywhere.

Ruby/Amber color with a tall heavy pink/beige head. Sweet dark cherry cough syrup aromas with hints of acid underneath. Lots of cherries in the flavors as well. A touch of light acid that helps cut the sweetness. Very much like chewing on fresh cherries from the market place in Seattle.

A nice balance of sweet and sour, this one is a real treat. Just the right bite of cherry to complement the hops and barley. Good on a cold day.

Grapevine Market - 12 0z bottle - pours a wine-like red with a wispy white head with a tad bit of sticky lacing. Clean cherry aroma. Flavor has cherries of course, but missing some of that underlying sourness that some lambics have and I desire. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky, decent. Would be a good after dinner drink.

The bottle reminds me of a copper kettle. True red in color with a fizzy head. The aroma from a from away is like a cherry cough drop. A closer snort reveals a more natural, dark, sour cherry character. Very jammy and sweet in flavor but with a surprising semi dry finish. Quite fortifying, tart and refreshing. I could see pouring it over ice. Without the complexity of a kreik, however.

Huge pink head. Body is a very dark red with lots of bubbles. The aroma is like a cherry Jolly Rancher with a hint of barnyard. The taste is sour cherries. This is over the top without being very sour. A nice mild cherry beer. This is very nice. Way too expensive for the quality.

(on bottle) Very sweet nose of cherries, actually made me feeling like a sodapop-rater. Mouthfeel quite dry and a bit like port, but still, incredible sweet, now with a high procentece of acidity. End fresh and bobly, but too sweet īnīsour for this tounge.
