Commercial Description:
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

Artificial cherry fairy floss aroma. Red with a pink head. Sweet cherry dominates, tastes a little fake but its balanced without being too tart. Not bad, smooth and suprising.

Clouded reddish purple appearance, decent head formation. Beautiful aroma if one dimensional, very definitive black cherry. Sweet cherry flavor, balancing tartness and earthiness (again from the cherry). Some acidity in the finish just about balances things out. It’s sweet for sure but remains enjoyable.

Didn’t much care for the Apricot or Strawberry but this was good. Deep cherry body with ample pink head. The aroma was unmistakably cherries. Nice, tart cherries. A spumante feel to the mouth. Medium body. The flavor was tart cherries. Some sweetness but nothing cloying. A pretty good fruit lambic and I love cherries.

I intended this brew as apéritif, and I was right. Its aroma is very fruity, and the cherry is very obvious. Not much head, and the body is ruby red. The flavour is very fruity, and leaves no doubt about the cherry conthent. Also, it is very fizzy, which makes it very nice on a hot summer day when you want to be refreshed. Very nice beer, when used in the qWSummer, as apéritif or with dessert.

(Bottle) Pours a ruby body with tiny black particles and a small pink head. Aroma of cherry pie filling. Sweet, sugary cherry flavor. Quite drinkable.

cherry red with a bit of a pink head. The aroma is sweet and totally dominated by cherries. The flavor is sweet and also dominated by cherries. A belgian kriek is better.

Pours cherry red with a bit of a pink head that leaves a streak or two of lace behind. Nose is dominated by cherry mostly with just a slight hint of spontaneously fermented funk--very slight. Taste too is just loaded with mildly tart cherry. Palate is smooth but flat and somewhat syrupy. This is similar to Lindeman’s Kriek but in the end I like this better.

A delicious blood cherry drink with a nice pink head. Nose is sweet and infused with cherries and the taste is tart and tantalizing... did I mention CHERRIES?
