Commercial Description:
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

Bottle from 2nd Stone Sour Fest. Pours red. Nose is full of cherry syrup notes. Taste is like cherry soda, ehh.

Pours a rich blood red color with a short lived pinkish hue. Smell is very cherry like and strongly sweet and mostly artificial. Cherry candy like but still pleasant. Sweet flavor, but it tastes nice. Not very beer like, but a hint of malt in there and a touch drying in the finish. I feel like I shouldn’t like this, and it was very artificial, but I still enjoyed it.

Pours plum color with a 2 inch near-pink head, which doesn’t last as long as it takes me to write this rating. Smells like artificially sweetened with nutrasweet cherry candy you get at the dentist’s office. Flavor is of cherry candy or soda with no semblance of beer whatsoever. Oh but this a a "Cherry" beer, and a lambic, so I must rate it highly, right? Finish is slightly metallic and tart. Overall, non-memorable.

(#999 rating) Blood red maroon pour with a fizzy pink head. Smells just like generic grocery store brand "cherry sours". Not much more to it - just that candy smell. Flavor is sweet and cherry sour like as well. I am very surprised that this is actually drinkable to me - as I am not normally a big fruit beer/lambic fan - but this isn’t over the top and is light. Overall it is nice and drinkable

12 oz into flute. Nice raspberry red/purple; clear with little visible carbonation and a great, very light pink head. Tart and sweet cherries and sugar (like cherry candy) and earth aroma. Flavor is like a sour jolly rancher with just a hint of alcohol and earthyness. Good and refreshing, although a bit too sweet to have more than 1 in a row. Smooth and brief on the palate with little carbonation and little to no finish. Overall: great refreshing sweet and sour fruity brew.

Strong cherry aroma as the bottle is opened. This is a strong flavored sipping beer. Of course, its flavor is a strong cherry. A nice sipping after dinner type of beer.

Poured a beautiful Ruby red with thick, reddish head. Nice aroma of cherries. Flavour was nice and sweet but balanced. A superior brew.

35.5 cL bottle. Pours dark redish towards murky with a lacing faint pink head. Light sulphorish dry cherry aroma. Flavour starts extremely sweet cherry flavoured and gains a solid acidic to citric touch along the way. Solid cherry flavour with a mild cripsy mouthfeel. Ends with a lingering cherry aroma reaching the back of the nose. Nice for what it is.
