Commercial Description:
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

pours dark red with a nice one finger fluffy purple head. aroma is sweet and tart cherries with a little malt. has a medium body with descent lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but stronger. it has a little beer taste to it at the end and in the aftertaste. i think it is good and better than what the percentile is at.

Smells very sweet, almost un-inviting. Cherry and sugar cane. Pours literally the colour of plump ripe cherries, got that spot on. A blast of sugar indeed, almost too much for a beer. I wanted more pure cherry flavour instead. The malt does add a nice backdrop. Light and not to thick in the mouth, despite the sugary profile.

Very surprizing. I tohught I was good to hate this. Thought it was going to taste like cough syrup. I was wrong. Dark reddish hue with an exceptional cherry aroma. Flavor ais unmatched but acl is low....loses points for that.

355ml brown bottle. Cherry red pour with a small pink head which recedes quickly. Cherry is up front in the aroma, not detecting much else, though the scent is pleasant, if not a little sweet. Flavour has some immediate cherry fruit sweetness. Finish is slightly sour, acidic with a bit of funkiness lingering. Medium sticky body.

In a tulip glass this actually comes out quite well! Beautiful deep red body with a huge thick lasting head; The nose has slight dry brett like notes, but the cherry juice is quite powerful, but in the tulip glass it is not to much; The body is juicy fat, but an balancing amount of acidity makes it quite pleasant; Medium long pleasant finish, a simple sour bite goes well with the fruit juice cherry sweetness. Not an everyday favorite, but not bad at all.

This dark red beer poured with a thin pink head and a fruity aroma. This is a very sweet cherry drink that tastes a bit like a sweet kriek, but more like carbonated cherry juice. It may not be a great beer, but it is quite refreshing and tasty.
