Commercial Description:
Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast, water, fresh cherries and their juice. Cherry Fruit Beer has a bouquet of fresh cherries. It makes an excellent aperitif in place of dry sherry. Complements carbonnade a la beouf, mussels in white wine, flavourful cheeses.

355 ml bottle. Dark red colour. Clear. Strong refreshing cherry aroma. Marizipany background (from cherry stones?). Slightly medicinal flavours at first. Given the alcohol content there is a boatload of flavours. Thebeer isn’t really complex, but it is very refreshing.

Deep red with a lasting light pink head. Aroma has fresh cherry and almond (cherry stones). Sweet with some tartness, completely cherry dominated flavour, but never cloying. The perfect aperitif beer.

12 oz. bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar - Pours a slightly hazy mahogany color with some floaties. Thin pinkish head. Very light spotty lacing. Has a cherry cough drop aroma. Flavor is light tart cherry. Light body. It’s not something I will drink on a regular basis, but a decent enough beer.

Pours a reddish amber color with a light pink head that fades fast. Very light lacing, more on the spotty side. Smell the cherries. Not as tart as I expected. Sweet cherry flavor, with a little lingering funk. Fairly smooth and creamy. Not a bad beer, but not an every day drinker.

Bottle poured a hazy deep ruby red with a small lasting pink head. Aromas of pie cherries and spice. Palate was light bodied, crisp and a bit dry. Flavors of sour pie cherries, spices and a hint of pie crust with a crisp lingering slightly tart dry finish.

Bottle at firewaters...black wisniak cherry soda scent and or cherry cough drops...the color is of cranberry juice...tastes like a jolly rancher, minus the sour, and plus some tartness...simple yet surprisingly creamy in the body

Small pink head. Deep purple body with lots of carbonation. Intense sweetish cherry marzipan aroma, nutty and refreshing. Deep, sweetish cherry taste with notes of nuts and marzipan. Dry, wooden cherry aftertaste. Excellent. Amazing at 3.4%. (0.355l bottle.)
