Aroma of strawberry soda. The beer pours a dark maroon red. Flavor is of strawberry sweerness. Almost like carbonated juice. Light, but somewhat harsh on the palate because it is so sweet. Very sweet, somewhat hard to drink, but the flavor was nice. I just couldnt have more than half a glass of this stuff.

Deep, pinkish-red haze. Strawberries and cream snout with some background sourness. Sweet but not overstated natural juice fruitiness with a nibble of vanilla. Authentic sweet-sour lambic character with enough parting tartness and acidity to keep you lifting the glass. A notably silkier palate than the apricot version. Well balanced and natural-tasting dessert beer.

Bottle at the Winking Lizard - Pours dark pink witha short pinkish white head. Aromas of strawberry jam and a little yeast. Flavor is strawberry and slight grains blended with a touch of yeast. Sweet and very fizzy on the palate. Light and refreshing though. Actually a little better than I would have guessed it to be..

bottle- sampled at beers of the world class. pours copper amber with a pink cast to it. small head with same pink cast tinging it. aroma is strawberry like bubblegum strawberry very artificial but i think there is a 8 year old somewhere in me that really enjoys that smell. tastes like a flavored malt beverage. so much strawberries and sweetness. the thing that saves it is the grape tartness or else it would be really terrible.

Quite spritzy and acidic, less strawberry sweetness and flavor than I expected. A sour, almost musty note at points. This was a nice experiment, but I didn’t really prefer what it was offering. Guess I like my strawberries in actual berry form.

Bottled. The body is very dark pink, almost red whereas the head is an off white pink, the aroma of strawberries is immediate which lead me to expect a sweet taste and while the strawberry taste was as dominant as I thought it would be - it was an acidity strawberry taste rather than a sweet one. However, the acidity was executed perfectly and I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed this, my first lambic.
