The aroma resembles the sour rotten smell of decaying fruit. The beer pours as copper color resting under a medium thick pink head. A feeling that this beer has been over carbonated is the first sensation felt as it enters your mouth. A sour strawberry taste brings is accompanied with a mild tingle. The tingling fades fast while the sour aftertaste leaves you scrambling to find something to eat or drink that could erase such terrible taste.

This lambic pours a reddish brown color from a 12oz bottle. Large sized pinkish white foamy head. Aroma is strawberry with a hint of tartness. A light to medium bodied fruit lambic. The strawberry flavor is very prevalent but it has a nice sour/tart finish. Sweet, but not overly so. Lots of flavor for such a low alcohol beer. Bright and lively carbonation. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Overall pretty good. Tasted like fruit, not strawberry, but like a fruit punch. Light and refreshing, but the cherry is much better.

Sweet fruity strawberry aroma. Redish amber color with a generous fluffy off white head (light pink tinge). Flavor has a sweet fruity start, a tart middle and a rather dry finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Interesting brew.

Bottled. Pours a clear red with a small white head. Aroma is slightly sour, and sweet fruity strawberries. Taste is sweet/sour, almost like yougurt, lots of sweet strawberry.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Beautiful, clear dark amber with a slight, underlying shade of red. Crude, white head. Slightly tart aroma with a touch of fruit. Pronounced lambic tartness neatly balanced by the sweetness from the strawberries and the strawberry pulp. But still the character is very different from Belgian lambic. Leaves a pleasant tartness on your palate. A surprisingly authentic fruit lambic. 231005

Bottle. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Strewberry aroma and a light sour strewberry taste. Light body and a sweet sour finish.
