I never thought I would say these words about a beer but, it actually had too much Strawberry flavor. The aroma was nice and appearancewise it was too bad but, I would have rather looked at it than drank it.

Noticably more red - basically an amber - than the apricot Melbourne brews. Pours with a good head that leaves some lace. Strong strawberry nose and taste. Starts sweet, has a distinct fizziness and finishes tart. The hops and malt are in the background. 12oz was $5.89.

Wow! Not keen on Strawberry flavor, but this was very good. Not overpowering to the nose or tongue. Very smooth and enjoyable.

Brownish-red in color. Off-white fizzy head. Sour strawberry aroma. Tart and medicinal strawberry taste. Sticky tart finish. What’s not to love?

GRapefruit red. Vinous notes in the aroma with encumbering strawberries. Taste begins sweet, moving onto sourness, albeit light. Puckers the mouth slightly. A bit of a dry accent to it.

im am starting to venture deeper into lambic territory.the melbourn gave off a lovely deep red color and a nice foamy white head.i got strawberries, soda water, and a bit of the labic sourness in the smell.after the first sip i noticed this is why it is a fruit lambic instead of a regular of gueze lambic.its more on the fruity side, with the sourness and barnyard funk taking a back seat.i think this is more my personal style.

Dark red color with a medium whote head. Aroma is strawberries and a hint barnyard. There is a little bit vinegar, but not enough to overpower and make this a hardcore lambic. Taste is slightly sour strawberries. Almost like some one mixed a strong old cheese with the fruit. This is not a lambic in character. It has hints of lambic at the edges. Certainly a twist with the strawberries.

Grapevine Market - Austin, Tx - 12 oz bottle. Pours a murky orangeish-amberish with a tight white head and good bubble action. Aroma reminds me of strawberry daiquari, and a quite fresh one at that. Flavor has a delectable sourness to it that wakes up your taste buds and leaves them numb. Strawberries are evident and not at all artificial. Mouthfeel is fresh and spritzy - a tasty lambic.
