You have to like this sort of dessert-ish fruity lambic, but I sure do! You can’t miss the strong strawberry aroma, before you even a fruity, tangy, sweet sip. Pours a charming strawberrry color and the beer is sparkling, sweet, tart, and undeniably *strawberry* on the palate. Drink this and you won’t mind passing on the "real" desserts, this is much better! Almost jammy.

Interesting beer. No head. Looks like soft drink, tastes like a good soft drink. Not artificial. Quite sour and sweet finish.

Very strawberryish and quite delightful. A nice distraction from the regular malt and barley combinations, this one sets itself apart as one of the better lambics I’ve had. Try one.

(on bottle) This isprobaly the beer with the smallest assemplence with the turm "beer", I´ve ever had. Not in a bad way, but still... "Cloying" is the word that rings into mind, when having this swet, sweet fruitbeer. Even the sent is kind of sticky.

Bottle. Strawberry and malt aroma. Amber color - slightly cloudy with small head. Sweet-tart malt and strawberry flavor - no bitterness at all and not too sweet. Enjoyable fruit lambic.

Densely clouded amber appearance, moderate head formation. Sweet candyish strawberry flavor rushes out followed by a cheesiness not noticed in the other Melbourn beers. Predominant strawberry flavor but not dominating, again well balanced cheesiness and puckering tart finish. No so dominanting with the fruit as the other Melbourn beers but definitely more lambic-ish.
