Bright, pale-reddish color, with a full, fluffy, creamy head. Aroma: strawberry..sweet, delicious...strawberry...with a tiny touch of tart.. Taste...mmm, tasty, but tart...interesting to taste a fruit beer, that’s not a Belgian lambic, but still contains that certain sourness...let’s try again...Sweet, TART,...sweet, TART..(.they make candies like this, don’t they, popular at Halloween.?)..Full flavor, medium body, nice, tasty finish....a sweet, tasty, rewarding fruit ale...on the other hand, way too expensive, like many other fruit beers, such as lambics...I’d prefer to taste these flavors, however minorly in other brews...that aren’t quite as pricey...glad to know it exists, though....

Reddish color with a beige head. The taste is sweet strawberries with a slight bittter or sour palate.

My third and final of these Melbourn Bros. lambics (if you can really call them lambics, being made outside of Belgium and all) and it stays pretty much true to form. Pours a reddish copper with a bubbly and quickly diminishing head. The strawberry flavor is bit more subtle than the fruit flavors in the other two. Sweet but not overly so since the sweetness compliments the strawberry nicely. Very lightly tart with just a hint of bretty funk. My favorite of the three.

My god this is good! I always love a lambic and this is one of the best. It’s is not sugury but has just the right amount of sweetness to give it a crisp refreshing flavor. Get this despiite the steep price!

Pale Strawberry Juice Coloring. Strong Essence of Strawberries for Aroma. Was a bit syrapy... For a Strawberry Lambic...it was a decent offering.

Crack... "Holy Strawberries, Batman!" Pours a pale red color. Smells like strawberry jam. Loaded with strawberry flavor with a decent malt presence. I agree that it does taste syrupy after awhile. Pretty carbonated. Not terrible, but there are much better lambics, although I can’t think of another strawberry one off the top of my head.

Smells erupt as soon as it’s opened... but it gets to be too much like cheap extract than anything else... as does the taste. The first sip was nice- by the end of the glass, I thought it tasted funky- like a jolly rancher was dropped into a glass of beer. Not worth the price.

This was a strange one. Pours a hazy copper with a fleeting off-white head. The aroma was moldy fruit. Just smelled off. Rotting or something. Too carbonated, watery and astringent. However, the taste was pleasant fruit soda like. Not a good beer but a nice fruit soda. Strange.
