This is how I imagine a great lambic to be - a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness with authentic fruit flavor. I have to admit, though, that my lambic experiences are limited. This reminds me of New Glarus’s Raspberry tart. Authentic strawberry flavor. This is a dessert beer, and slightly heavy, yet refreshing. I will happily buy this one again. (Hopefully soon).

Very light amber with a good tint of rose, fizzy lambic head. Aroma of strawberry syrup, faint earth note and lambic character. A rich, smooth, but not strong horseblanket flavor is present, but masked by sweet strawberries. Sort of odd, but enjoyable.

Beer and fruit - what more could you want? The two are great and they go great together. This was just what I wanted late one night in Hawai'i, propped up in bed viddying Magnum P.I. It was sparkling lip-smacking goodness with a wafty pleasing fragrance of strawberries and effervescent carbonation. But enough prolixity for now...this beer is my second favourite lambic I've had - next to Lindemans Framboise.

Bottle. A pleasant fruity beer with an oaky, spiky, raspberry/strawbeery aroma, nice sweetness balanced by a gentle acidity. Pleasant. And enjoyable.

Strawberry soda. That almost sums it up - moderately sharp carbonation up front that turns smooth and soft at the swallow. Nice aroma. Fruit flavor is sweet - is this really a lambic?, sure doesn't seem like it. Nice dessert beer.

Very tasty... more beerish than most lambics, but still had a rich, fruity flavor.

Subtle aroma of strawberry, cloudy rose colour, small pink head. Light taste of strawberry, sweet, tart, and refreshing. Very good.

Light tawny, a touch of ruby or pink comes through but not much. Light cap of sticky white head and sheets of good lacing. The aroma is a little tart and sweet; reminds me of a wine cooler. The flavor is a little more zesty with some carbonation and a touch of tart. The flavor has lots of strawberry in it, fresh but still seems a bit artificial to me. The finish is sour with lots of residual sweetness. This was almost more like a fruit beer than a lambic but it does qualify.
