It is red with a big, thick, dense, light pink head that lasts forever, only slowly diminishing to a smaller head and leaves some lacing. The aroma is strawberry with malty grain and pungent yeasty bread undertones. The taste is similar, being very definitely strawberry, both very sweet and very tart at the same time, and a bit sour and tangy as well, again with a definite yeasty bread element lurking below the strawberry surface. This is very interesting, with nice complexity, and is neither too sweet nor too sour or sharp. The palate is lively and intriguing. It is highly drinkable, but only for one and very enjoyable. this is a beer with fruit pulp added to it 9 visible when you hold the bottle up to a light).
rather sugary taste but not too sweet with enough tartness.
worth trying if you like fruit lambics

Perhaps too strong on the carbonation, but good texture on the tongue nevertheless. You probably have to like the style to like this beer, but as its style goes, it is excellent. Boy was he dead wrong! When you pour this fruit beer you can see a deep, rich maroon color and a medium-sized head. This opaque lambic beer from England has a rich, sweet berry smell from the minute you pour it into that thin lambic glass. Because I enjoy sweet beers, this was very easy on my palate. This could prove to be too sweet for beer drinkers not keen to this flavor. It has a smooth, subtle carbonation flavor throughout the mouth before you swallow. Overall, I love this sweet lambic beer.
