Commercial Description:
This product displays the fullness and balance of CUB's traditional lagers. The fruity/yeasty aroma and increased bitterness produces a tasty drop.

Bottled. Hundered of...doohhh.Massive session with the old man in Brisbane. The session encompassed some European quality I brought with me but this was the back bone of the session. A rather empty beer that holds, lack flavour, class or finess. Moderate bitterness, then body and palate.

Its better than its sister VB . Some more bitterness was welcomed, probably my favourite of the CUB clan but still nothing to write home to mum about. cheers

Mainstream beer with a tiny bit more flavour than VB. Pretty much the same beer despite all the victorians protests.

One of the better drops produced by CUB. Wouldn't buy it myself, but if its between this and VB, I know what id chose.

A little better than it looks, a bit of flavour, nice amount of bitterness. I wasnt expecting big things but this is a half reasonable beer. Just.

This is a wonderful, well balanced, big tasting lager. Of course, I am a habitual liar.

I used to drink this stuff religously. Then I got a life and drank other beers. I then realised how bad Melbourne Bitter and other CUB beers really are. It does keep my bowels regular though!

I know a guy who used to swear by this beer - now he swears at it. Like all Aussie beers, in order to slake the killer thirst, it is best icy cold and consumed quickly. Water is good for this as well. Now move onto something with taste.
