May 15, 2008 66 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry malt towards breadish with a mild metallic note. Light metallic flavour, medium sweet and with a distinct bread note following. Has a mild mouldy to herbal note to it. Ends dry malty with a light bitterness in the far finish.

May 12, 2008 Pours an amber brown with a medium tan frothy head. Aroma of caramel and malt. Flavor is malty, caramel, bread, metallic, and a little herbal. Okay, but that’s about it.

Mar 29, 2008 12 ounce bottle purchased at Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. The date on the cap is 02/13/08. Odd, metallic lager-like aroma. Some husky, grainy malts present with a bit of a urine-like quality, too. A little sweet. Transparent copper body with a medium white, frothy head that leaves a bit of lacing. Starts a little astringent before it becomes creamy, doughy, with cereal grain malty flavors. Finishes a little metallic and a little floral. Pretty well-balanced and drinkable. Not bad.
