| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 5, 2005 I think the label may have made reference to being a blond beer? If so not a great attempt, but a good attempt at making a classic Italian pale larger - bland, a bit boring, a touch stale. Good refreshing qualities and a very crisp mouthfeel despite the stale notes. VG head rention and lacing but flavour (or lack of) lets this beer down. jigglyjock (159), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 29, 2005 Better than other pale lager from Italy that I have tried. Has a better mouth feel and a slightly more hoppy taste instead of just a skunk character. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of corn flakey malt, some hopcit and fruit. Decent aroma. The taste is pale malty, with a solid dose of hopcit, and some dry spicy floral notes in the finish. Somewhat light on the palate, and gets very dry pilsenery at the finish. Better than I expected.
Rerate 6/19/07: This one wasn’t as good as I initially rated it, and the second bottle, which I bought from State Line only because i forgot that I had rated it, really only deserved a 1 for appearance, and I lowered the aroma and overall scores. Very watery and bland. Roli (321), laval, Quebec, Canada

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 19, 2005 In the 330 ml bottle at Jill and Ben’s Prenup. Pours a golden yellow color with a big fizzy head. Crisp and clean with no skunkiness. Not offensive in any way. Just a simple lager for the thirsty. Decent lacing remained longer than the head. leaparsons (4749), Leicester, Leicestershire, England
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jul 19, 2005 Golden with a big white head. Aromas are sweet and soapy grain with caramel and skunk. Flavours are, like the aroma, sweet and soapy with some hops spice. As dull as dishwater. ALLOVATE (1126), Perth, Australia
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 16, 2005 Tasted from the bottle, into a stem glass. Pours a brilliant gold with very fine carbonation raising a decent fluffy white head, that stuck around for the length. Unusual toffee note in the aroma, almost medicinal, mixed with a blend of spicy and grassy hops (unexpected from an Italian lager). Quite sweet in the mouth, light bodied and light in carbonation, soapy across the tongue and slightly grassy in the back. Similar, light toffee malt sweetness upfront becomes more prominent as it warmed. Fairly clean throughout and finishes off quite short and uneventful. Not a bad beer at all, unusual, but just not enough to keep me smiling.
