Jun 15, 2008 Medium offwhite lasting head. Slightly hazy pale golden body with very light carbonation. Acidic malty aroma with fruity notes. Soft lightly acidic wheaty fruit taste, quite light and delicate. Dry caramelly lightly roasty aftertaste with light hoppy notes. (0.33l bottle from gr0ve, label says Birra dalla Storia Mao Tse-tung.)

Jun 14, 2008 330 ml bottle. Pale golden colour. Clear. Tall fine-laced white head that clings to the glass. Some tiny floating particles. Clean citrusy hop aroma with notes of peach. Fruity. Mellow maltiness. Quite crisp flavours with floral hops and a light maltiness. Somewhat smooth papery texture. Low bitterness. Dry hop bitterness in the finish.

Jun 3, 2008 Bottle from Party Source, KY. Poured clear amber color with a moderate frothy white head that mostly lasting with fair lacing. Medium grassy hop aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a moderate bitter finish of moderate duration. Drinkable brew.

Jun 1, 2008 Bottle. Poured very pale golden with slight white head. Aroma of grain / bread with some reasonable floral / hoppy notes. Thin bodied with moderate carbonation. Grain taste rescued to some extent by pleasant hops. Not great, but not bad.

Thanks to my niece who got it in Italy for me.
Pours clear golden with a small white head.
Nose is dry herbs and grass.
Aroma’s are a bit fruity and grainy. This beer totally lacks body and aftertaste.
Overall bad beer.

Apr 3, 2008 So pale it’s hardly there. Vanilla, pine and light kolschy fruit straight out of the bottle. I know it’s cheating and cheap to stick corn in your beers, but sometimes it imparts some pleasantly creamy flavours. And anyway, the maize is less apparent here than the noble hops. Fresh, grassy and uncomplicated, with way more (coniferous) hop presence than most beers of its ilk. I thought this was a pretty decent proper pilsner, and certainly not a pissy pale lager.
