Dec 3, 2007 66 cL bottle. Pours clear brown, almost maghoni. Has a collapsing off-white head. Slight spiced, caramel malty and mild mouldy aroma. Almost no carbonation. Breadish and sweet flavoured, vague spice note. Ends with little bitterness and dominated by more of the same malt notes. I had my hopes high for this and was disappointed, this isn’t bad but not great either.

Nov 16, 2007 Bottle (50cl) at Empire Bio - just before a Gang Gang Dance concert - they are more than 1 hour late. Dark red/brown - offwhite head. High malty, high sweetness, red berries, caramel, light spicy. Not that interesting !!

Apr 28, 2007 Bottle. Pours a light mahogany colour with a nice, quickly dissipating white head. Very malty aroma - doughy. Light flavour, some spices, quite a dry citric bitterness at the end based on a caramel feel.
