Medium nectar w/ residual effers. Flavors are bright and clean w/ a slight fruity character. A nice hoppy bitterness to finish. Overall: I like it. Very refreshing. Highly recommended. This brew is under rated. bubbleflubber (896), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 29, 2006 Interesting look... very small head with a hazy orange straw look... some spider lace. The nose contains a bit of caramel and brown sugar. Extremely light body on this one. Definitive hop character, with small notes of brown sugar interlaced in there somewhere. Lingering Cascade finish that seems not to "fit" exactly with the rest of the brew. The feel of it doesn’t match the finish.... a bit off-balance. It’s definitely not as bad as some of the reviews I’ve read, but that may be because we are all in the midst of different batches. This one definitely wasn’t swill. I must admit, even the look of mine was a bit different than some of the other reviewers here. Dunno... I’d have another, but I’m certainly not overtaken by it. anaheim1983 (111), Anaheim, California, USA

Had a rough time getting down, but could be because I had an ESB prior. Nothing much except wierd corn Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 13, 2006 Draft at HDG. Yellow with a lasting head. Aroma isn’t much more than corn though. Taste is more hoppy than sour but there is a sour lemon flavor also. Sucks ballz. JoeMcPhee (5010), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 13, 2006 12 oz bottle. Hazy pale golden beer. Thin white head. Slight caramel malt aroma, very faint and light. Some honey and light brown sugar. Light woody/earthy hops. A hint of orange peel. Flavour is lightly earthy and fruity. A kiss of citrus. Pretty bland and completely underwhelming. hayduke (1659), Eureka, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 13, 2006 Golden with small white head. Crisp nose of hops and citrus. Decent mouth-feel. I am rating this compared to other American Pales, and in the regard it is pretty good. KSS (102), Plymouth, Minnesota, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 10, 2006 Crisp hops flavor dominated mainly by a grapefruit taste. Aroma vegetable quality with an influence of yeast that diminishes it’s appeal. I would prefer a little more balance in the hops and malt. Average at best. adrian910ss (1425), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
