I bland pale ale. Light yellow in color. Some citrus, foral notes and light fruit. Really simple and underwhelming.

very light apple juice color with no head. Not much aroma present here. Kind of bland, minimal hop flavor. Below average.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear orange body with a finger-width, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a good amount of lacing. Aroma is sweet and peachy. Some floral hops with just a light grapefruit. Flavor is a little strange. The body is relatively full, but watery at the same time which is throwing me off. Deep caramel malt flavor with an unbalanced amount of piney, dish soap bitterness. Finishes dry and piney with a funky caramel aftertaste. Overall, there’s a good amount of taste to this for a pale ale, but its just a jumble of awkward flavors.

Yellow-golden pour with off-white head, not much to the aroma, maybe some hops, flavor is dry and chalky, a bit of maltiness but finishes dry and a bit watery.

Slightly hazy gold with a thin head and decent lacing. Crisp hops aroma reminiscent of orange peel. Well balanced flavor profile with citrusy hops offset by the pale malts. Lingering bitterness and grains, and yeasts. Rich smooth mouthfeel, good carbonation - quintessential American Pale Ale.

Pours a light amber with yellow edges and a 3 finger chunky white head that has pretty good retention and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is raw barley, some caramel, toffee, lots of vegetal notes, some citrus hops... not much though. Flavor is sweet barley, caramel, lots of cereal grain, some vegetal notes, soggy corn flakes, some off metallic notes, a hint of citrus and some fruit notes come in toward the slightly bitter finish. Palate is medium body a little oily and neutral to finish with a light carbonation. I didn’t really enjoy this too much it has alot of the same off flavors that many other mendocino brews have.
