Flavors in this are all out of whack - it's all about hops (not necessarily good ones either) - malts are so thin and bland. Crit (2416), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada

Weird skunky aroma. Bordering on cooked vegetables.
Pils-like flavor. Bitter and unbalanced. Cluster was not a good choice of hops.
Medium bodied.

Flavor is watery, sweet, and slight citrusy. The yeast they used must have been lazy and the hops they use shaded by weeds. I'll probably pour this one out. rauchbier (3004), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 24, 2003 Bottle conditioned? Gold colour, good medium depth white head and moderate condition. Aromas of oranges, pine trees, hop resin and a peppery woodiness. Full bodied in the mouth, malty sweet at the start but with a hoppiness developing and taking over the bitter finish.

Clean crisp flavor with some malts. Finish is bitter with plenty pf hops. Color is a light gold. A decent refreshing pale ale with a nice hops kick. glider (53), Shrub Oak, New York, USA

Smooth & a wee bit skunky, distinct PA falvors ... better than say Saranac's. One thing---this 6 pack was brewed + bottles @ Saratoga Springs, NY. I don't know, ...my recipe, your kitchen ??? Yet it's a hearty flowing drink. I'd recommend it.
