Aromas of hops. Light head that disappeared quickly. Initial taste of yeast and hops. Ended with a slight bitter taste. Decent craftbeer.

Pours a yellow color... ugly yellow. No real forming head but what does form is a white color. Very bland in smell and taste. By far not even close to my style pale ale. Very unimpressed with what the beer man told me about this one.

Yellow color without much head. Nose of corn with some hay notes. Taste of grains and hay with a slight sourness and readily apparent hops. Hoppy finish with a slight tart note.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Pine aromas. Resin and bitter pine upfront with a lasting grapefruit finish. A fairly hoppy pale ale.

12 oz bottle, purchased at McScrooges in Knoxville. Poured a clear orange/gold with a one finger white head. Floral aroma with citrus notes. Flavor had a nice malty base. The finish was piney and bitter. I wasn’t keen on this one for some reason. The flavor had something that just did not quite agree. I will try another an possibly re-rate.

Bottle. Orange body with a smallish fluffy head. Aromas of floral hops, oranges and light malt (sugar cookie?). Flavor starts off mild and malt heavy, but this soon gives way to major pine and spruce hops flavors and a bitter finish. The hops presence in the finish isn’t indicated at all in the nose, so it was a nice surprise. This is pretty good.

~Pours a clear light golden color with fluffy white head. ~Cracker and biscuit aroma, fairly ,light scent, some hops and light berry ~Nice balance of biscuity malts and slightly bitter hops. ~Mouthfeel is almost creamy and has good tingles. An enjoyable feel. Bitter finish. ~Good brew. Just nothing really stands out except the creamy mouthfeel.

12 oz bottle pours a hazy golden. Aroma of sweet malt, light floral hop. Taste was dominated by the malts with a dash of flowery hops thrown in.
