The aroma is caramel with an herbs and mint spiciness. Pretty darned sweet but with a hidden abv, the flavor is a fruity caramel with an earthy bitterness that becomes eucalyptus in the finish. Okay.

Smells of caramel and light fruityness. Taste is quite a surprise, sweet fruit and a nice smoothness. Ends clean. Not bad. unclemattie (2433), Georgia, USA

Quick heavy malty flavor that is quickly replaced by the hop bitterness finish. Alittle honey, caramel. and then that’s it. Probably better with food. Slight alcohol in the palate. Light brownish amber, a thin ring of lace, again with the biker pour, maybe I should shave my goatee and start wearing suits to bars...
Grainy, wheat, some interesting fusel alcohols, hops were too elusive for my nose to pick up.
Yeasty, banana-like esters, which mixed with the very prevalent alcoholic buzz, it’s almost like a pina colada. Some spicy hops in the tail end. This Beer is hard to pin down. muenster (341), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 12, 2006 Bottle. Pours reddish amber color, very thin beige head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, and fruit. Flavor is almost just like the aroma, only with more hop character coming through. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA
