| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 21, 2008 Poured a clear copper color with carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. A creamy tan head that settled to about 1". A nice caramel roasted malt aroma. Initial taste had a bit of sweetness and finished slightly dry with a bit of a hop bite. The full body flavor lingers for awhile. There was light lacing. This was a nice refreshing flavorful beer and at a good price in the 6-7 range for a 6er or 23 for a case as are all Mendocino’s beers in my area . daknole (3031), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
