| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 4, 2008 From bottle... poured clear amber with little head. Musty, grassy aroma. Enjoyable, hoppy flavor with slight grapefruit tang. Slight bite and crisp, dry finish. I’d love this one when the weather is nice. This one overachieved, and I’ll get it again (had it as part of a $28 variety case). Good value. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 4, 2008 Hazy amber body, no head. Aroma is almost nonexistent. Flavor is weak, with some sweet maltiness and a faint hop presence. Finishes tangy and sweet. Pretty lame. Skyview (4064), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Sampled during Cellar’s Wednesday beer tasting evening. Pours a clear light amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a fine film and white ring. Aroma of light caramel malt, some grassy and vegetable hop character, a touch of grapefruit and some apple skin. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with a good balance of caramel malt, grassy hops and a touch of apple. Finish is semi-dry with some hop character in the aftertaste that quickly disappears. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 2, 2008 [bottle] One of the better amber ales I’ve had. Hops on the aroma and a long lasting hop bitterness on the finish. Poured a clear, lighter red with a quickly disappearing off-white head.
