Commercial Description:
Red Tail Ale - The Legend is our flagship brand. It is brewed in the traditional "old world" manner, using premium two-row malted barley, hops and our own special proprietary yeast strain. It is an amber ale with a rich complex refreshing flavor and a crisp dry finish. Red Tail Ale is "Bottle Conditioned." Like good wine, Red Tail Ale is a perfect complement to fine dining.

Pretty good. Pours an amber hue with an aroma dominated by malt, and especially yeast. The flavor is a maltiness balanced by hop bitterness with a distinguishable bready note. Its finish is dry and crisp

Twangy metallic aftertaste is the worst thing about this beer. Immediate drain pour, I’ll stick to my homebrews.

Light color with just a tint of redish, malty followed by a healthy bunch of hops. A little "off", very hard to put your finger on it kind of taste. Not really sour, but just a touch bitter and odd after taste. Reasonable but left with a question mark at the end.

Bottle. Pours a light amber with almost no head. The taste is first quite bitter, lots of mild hops, and then a smooth sweet malt. Not bad.

Good balance in the aroma, big malt aromas with a large hoppiness. Pours amber with a fluffy white head, looks good. Huge mouthfeel, with a big malty flavor, some caramel and brown sugar, with a slight roastiness, but a decent amount of hops balance it out with some slight citrus and pine, with a good crisp bite in the finish. Not bad, not bad at all.

Pours copper with a thin off white head that doesn’t last at all and is barely there. Nose is sweet with some mild floral hops. Rather creamy flavor and mouthfeel, no off flavors, with a bit of floral and grassy hops thrown in. OK.

Draft at some thai bar a few nights ago, but i completely forgot about it until now. I think it was similar to an american pale ale with a nicely bitter finish. I remember the mouthfeel was good and I was not disappointed.
