| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2006 Pours an orange brown with little head. Smells of floral citrus hops, maybe like grapefruit. It has a nice strong hop taste with notes of malt. It is just the right blend. Finishes smooth and dry. EithCubes (2151), Indiana, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2006 Bottle at Margot Cafe in Nashville (great restaurant if you are ever in the area). Pours reddish amber. Aroma of caramel, toasted grains, and fruity hops. Medium light mouthfeel. Flavor of caramel, balanced by a complex mix of citrus, orange, lemon, tangerine. Bitter finish is dry with a very mild tartness. This was not too bad, but I doubt I would revisit. This was the only hoppy ale on the very small beer menu. Six beers, but all were selected to pair with the food dishes. I respect the place for at least adding beer to the wine list. I will forever associate this beer with LeAnne Rimes. She walked in and sat at the table next to us as a I finished this beer. Weird. morrdt (608), Jacksonville, Florida, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 20, 2006 Bottle. Pours a light amber with a good sized head. Aroma is lightly roasted malt that is lightly spicy. The taste starts off kind of medicine like with a touch of malt. Finishes somewhat tart. Average amber. SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 12, 2006 Bottle. Light orangeish amber pour with light head. Hoppy, malty and citrus aroma. Hoppy citrus flavor that bites somewhat. Hops have strong aftertaste, I like it. Thick body, not too smooth. puzzl (2635), New York, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Oct 10, 2006 This was supposed to be my new "ale" rating except it’s been changed to an amber. Damn. I’m not sure it even really counts as an amber; it doesn’t really come across as one. Aroma is faint but has nice citrus without a bitter bite: tangerine specifically is prevalent, mellow, and very enjoyable. Taste is quite a bit more bitter, slightly metallic, watery, with slight lemon, a touch of citrusy hops, little malt balance. Sounds crappy but really isn’t too bad.
