Pours a golden amber color, compact white head that left behind a bit of lacing, completely transparent with a lot of cascading bubbles rising from the depths of the glass. Aroma is gently hoppy (mostly a citrus sort of hoppiness), caramelly maltiness. One sip had me a little freaked out, because its flavor was nearly identical to the batch of homebrew that I bottled today. Hoppy flavor with a good dose of cascades would be my guess (as that’s what I put in my beer), a hint of sweetness at first with a dry bitterness from the hops in the finish, caramel malts are hiding in there too. Crisp and very drinkable due to its medium light body, well carbonated. All in all, a decent beer. beerguzzler (31), Louisiana, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 5, 2005 Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of malts, caramel and citrus. Tastes of the same. Aromas and tastes on the lighter side. Starts out sweet with a very small bitter finish (not well balanced). biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 4, 2005 Bottle. Surprisingly hazy. It pours clear on draught. Peach colored with little head. Musky, honey aroma with some earth, cinnamon and lemon. Noticable alcohol. Not as complex in flavor as the aroma would suggest. Some toffee, apricot and not quite harmonious hop flavors. Good bitter finish. 0o9i (335), Reno, Nevada, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 2, 2005 Bottled. Hazy, dark honey colored ale with an offwhite head. Not much for lace. Aroma is malty with honey, sugar and light yeast(musk) and hops--some fruit. Medium body, lightly dry, lightly watery finish. Light carbonation. Flavor was malty, sweet and non-descript. Very boring. Better bottled than at the taphouse down the street from the brewery. Bockyhorsey (2551), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | May 31, 2005 Had a malty aroma of a musty area in a cellar. Amber color and head was small and disipated. Kind of a bland flavor and nothing really noticable stood out. Easy on the palate and somewhat bitter. ontario102 (794), Boise, Idaho, USA
