Medium-thin palate with some fizzy carbonation. Fairly sweet flavor of biscuits and honey. There is a decent hop bite towards the end. This is an okay brew but not very exciting.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 19, 2009 Poured into a pint glass a nice amber brown color. About 1/2 inch head with lots of carbonation and good lacing.
The nose is predominately caramel malts.
Tastes just like it smells, with mostly caramel on the front end and a slight hop bitterness to finish.
It is light / medium body with medium carbonation . Fairly drinkable and kind of a middle of the road amber, not bad but nothing special. emagana (14), California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 12, 2009 Pours a light orange with little to no head. aroma very light and not to appealing to this hop head. Hints a dough and biscuit. Also get hints of spice citrus. After tasting it I finally get to the hops. there they are! Taste of hay and citrus are dominant but not over powering, lingering finish. keidjxz (77), Irvine, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 19, 2009 Golden amber color with a frothy head. Aroma of caramel and hey with a citrus hop aspect. Flavor has the caramel sweetness of the aroma with a sour citrus component that stays with the finish. Elwood (677), Leesburg, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 19, 2009 Serving: 12 oz. bottle.
Appearance: Clear amber color with a small, foamy,off-white head. Poor head retention and minor specks of lacing left behind.
Aroma: Malty nose with biscuit and cracker notes. Very light.
Flavor: Caramel malt, biscuit notes, and a light back bitterness. Kind of lacks flavor in my mind.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium, slightly dry mouthfeel and a medium finish.
Overall: This one really didn’t impress me. Onslow (178), Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 18, 2009 Deep coppery amber with little head. Very low carbonation - maybe a problem wtih the six pack I bought? Nice aroma dominated by malt. Sweet flavor, not much in the finsih. With the low level of carbonation, not great in the palat dept. OK but not great - I may try again to see if this sample was flat or something. chicagodri (1064), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 4, 2009 Had this bottle at a restaurant. Pours cloudy amber with a decent size head. Aroma of caramel malt. There is actually a fair amount of hops used to balance the malt, and I thought it was a decent amber. Fratto (751), Arlington, Texas, USA
