Kind of weak in the nose, some aroma of malt. Flavor is somewhat malty, with a little fruit - perhaps apples. A nice beer, but nothing too exciting.

Pours a nice copper color with a thin off white head. Aroma is some sweet malt, pretty simple. Flavor is simple as well. Really smooth unobtrusive beer. Kind of sweet for a spring beer.

A medium copper beer with light white head and lace. Aroma is a sweet caramelly malt with a hint of earthy hops. Flavor is raisiny, sweet malt, and a very alcohol warmth. Good finishing bitter. Medium bodied. A surprising warmth for a spring seasonal

Bottle: Golden copper pour with a nice, creamy beige colored head. Aroma is ripe pitted fruits, malty, and toffee. Sweet, but neither overly fruity or overly malty. Deep malty taste does get sweet in the flavor. Honey and florals with sweeter fruit and malt. Again, some toffee. Good.

Bottle, thanks Eric. Pours gold/orange, with a rather large off-white head. Aroma is malt, alcohol, and a little hops. Flavor is caramel, malt, hops, and alcohol. Pretty good, surprised it’s rated this low.

Pours hazy caramel color with off white head. Sweet toasted caramel malt aroma. Caramel flavor with some nuttiness and mild hop bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel.

Mendocino Bock is a very clear light amber beer with an off-white head that fades. It has a slightly boozy, slightly sweet aroma. It is medium-light bodied with a smooth, slick finish. It’s a little sweet, resiny, grainy and funky. Yeah, it’s a Bock. I can’t help but noticed that this was actually brewed by the folks at Saratoga. There goes the neighborhood.
